As the owner of a commercial or corporate property, the safety of your guests, clients, employees, property, and merchandise is, without question, a top priority. While your property may be located in a generally safe, low-crime area, the unfortunate truth is that you cannot count on those factors to ensure the protection of both your people and assets. Commercial and corporate security services are the answer you seek.
At Strongbox Security Services, we hold our security guards to the highest standards, and should you employ our corporate or commercial security services, the guards tasked to protect your site will be selected specifically based on the best fit for the job at hand.
Most of our guards are either highly-experienced current/former Law Enforcement Officers or veterans, and all of them must undergo a rigorous interview process and background checks to be considered for employment. That consideration always goes through our CEO, who himself is a retired Police Sergeant and former Detective.
In addition, all of our guards must hold a Massachusetts Class A License to Carry (LTC) and have their proficiency tested on our firing range. If you choose to employ armed security guard services to your commercial or corporate site, you can rest assured that their capabilities and knowledge of firearm safety protocol have been held to exceptional standards.
We offer a variety of corporate and commercial security services to suit the needs of you and your site, which includes the following:
Your property may require a strong uniformed security presence to act as a visual deterrent, or, on the other hand, it may necessitate unarmed, plain-clothes security to handle a variety of tasks while providing a safe and secure environment to your staff and customers. Whatever you may need, our guards can offer it. They can also conduct access patrols, regular foot patrols, and observe and reports.
The interior of your building isn’t the only area that can benefit from a security presence, but oftentimes, the exterior of the property is too large for foot patrols and access control to cover all of your needs.
Should that be the case for you, we’ll offer vehicle patrols to provide your site with the safety and security you’re looking for. They can conduct area patrols using a marked security vehicle, patrol parking lots and vacant buildings, check buildings between closing and opening, and more.
If your commercial or corporate site is one where clients and customers might have easy access to cash, we also offer standalone ATM machines at no cost to you. ATMs are fully maintained and filled through our commercial and corporate security services. You’ll be able to save on credit card fees and you’ll also receive a commission for every transaction made.
There are many benefits to hiring commercial or corporate security services for your site, some of which may you may have never considered:
Crime prevention is perhaps the most common reason why someone might enlist the help of commercial or corporate security services. Protecting your clients, guests, employees, and assets from criminal activity is of the utmost importance, and a security presence on your property can offer that in more ways than one.
Not only can security guards be there to identify criminal activity and de-escalate volatile situations, but they can also reduce the odds of these incidents occurring in the first place by acting as a visual deterrent to would-be criminals.
Crime isn’t the only issue that can arise on your commercial or corporate property and require the help of professional security services. Any kind of emergency can occur at any time, and having an experienced security guard can make all the difference in preventing tragedy. Our guards are trained in emergency response, and having them on-site means immediate action when it’s necessary.
Even if you’re regularly at your property, neither you nor your employees can be there 24/7, which means there will always be moments in which it is more vulnerable to vandalism, theft, and other crimes. With the right corporate or commercial security guard services, however, you’ll gain 24/7 protection for your property, helping you sleep easier every night.
Should an incident occur on your property, it can be damaging to your business’s reputation, but security services can help to prevent those issues, protect your reputation, or even improve it in the event that issues have already occurred.
Having a security presence on the premises can help your clients, guests, customers, and employees feel more at ease, particularly if the building carries a high risk of criminal activity. A proper security team will also help you feel more at ease as well about the protection of your property and its occupants at all times.
At Strongbox Security Services, we recruit and deploy armed, unarmed, plain-clothes, and uniformed security guards. Choosing which type of security is best for you depends on a few factors. To get a better idea of what those factors are, take a look at some of the advantages of each:
Employing a highly-trained armed guard is most valuable if you’re in either a high-crime area or your commercial or corporate property contains highly valuable assets that you’re concerned about protecting. If your concerns also include potential violent situations for any reason, then armed security remains a good option.
Bear in mind, however, that maintaining armed security on a site where guests can’t easily discern why such measures are necessary can make them feel uneasy.
Low-risk areas and properties that don’t contain high-value assets are often perfectly secure with unarmed guards. Such a security presence can still act as a crime deterrent, and the guards on-site can perform a variety of functions that are vital for the security of your property while also offering a calming presence to all of your guests and employees.
Bringing in uniformed security is a great option when you’re trying to send a quiet but stern message to potential criminals while also working to maintain your guests’ and employees’ peace of mind. The simple sight of a uniformed guard can be enough to diffuse many unwanted situations while also serving as a beacon for any guest who may need assistance.
When subtlety is a top priority, then plain-clothes officers are the best option for you. Depending on the function of your commercial or corporate site, your guests may not feel comfortable noting the presence of uniformed guards, which can be damaging to your business’s image and performance. Thankfully, you can still get all of your security needs filled with the help of a casually dressed guard.
Hiring security guards doesn’t mean you’re left to choose one of our security guard services. There are also several benefits to employing a combination of different security guards.
For example, you may want an armed and uniformed presence at access points and on patrols, but you’d prefer the interior security to be unarmed and in plain clothes. Mixing the appearance of your security teams can be a great way to fill all of your security needs while avoiding certain drawbacks that each type of security guard might present.
